The duties of this role include providing admin support across Lancashire & Blackburn Schools. This includes procurement /uniform/stationery/stock supplies.
Education/Qualification
- Office related IT systems.
- Minimum of Maths & English GCSE level or equivalent
- Administration & IT related qualifications or relevant experience.
Skills/Ability/Knowledge/ Personal Qualities
- High level of competency in office related IT systems
- Experience in a similar role or progression towards.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety principles
- Able to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent people, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent Customer care skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Flexible and willing
- Prepared to work out of hours if necessary
- Prepared to travel to other sites within the Company
- Good understanding of Health & Safety
