The duties of this role include providing admin support across Lancashire & Blackburn Schools. This includes procurement /uniform/stationery/stock supplies.


  • Office related IT systems.
  • Minimum of Maths & English GCSE level or equivalent
  • Administration & IT related qualifications or relevant experience.

Skills/Ability/Knowledge/ Personal Qualities

  • High level of competency in office related IT systems
  • Experience in a similar role or progression towards.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety principles
  • Able to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent people, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer care skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Flexible and willing
  • Prepared to work out of hours if necessary
  • Prepared to travel to other sites within the Company
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety
