Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 pa DOE
An exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our client who offers a variety of fully serviced and managed options, luxury office spaces to rent in prime locations across central London. This is an established company looking to excel further within the FM industry and they are looking for the right candidate to join there Maintenance team.

About the position:
The Maintenance Technician role provides a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skillset and help play a vital role within our client’s growth by ensuring high standards are consistently maintained, along with compliance throughout our portfolio of buildings. Working within the operations team and reporting into the Head of Property, the position shall be responsible for routine building maintenance. Following initial onboarding, the Maintenance Technician will undergo continuous training and direction from the Head of Property to allow them to carry out scheduled and non-scheduled tasks.
The successful Maintenance Technician:
- 5 GCSEs grade C or above or similar international qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Interest in DIY and maintenance
- Willingness to learn on the job and develop practical skills
- Be able to undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical and painting/finishing trades.
- Ability to work with smart phone applications
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Dry lining expierence
- Full UK Driving Licence
