Commercial Gas Engineer
South Kent
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm
£45,000 + half hour each way
Van, Fuel Card and PDA
Our client is looking to grow their work force and are in need of a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their growing team. Working on commercial and domestic boilers and air handling units across their prestigious retail and car dealership account.

Job Responsibilities for a Commercial Gas Engineer:
- Complete servicing, installation and break down work across the portfolio
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Prioritize breakdown and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times
- Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the HVAC supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement
- Ensure that compliance documentation is always completed and up to date
- Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management
- Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within building
- Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk assessing the requirements of the job and carry our repairs where necessary
Qualifications / Experience for a Commercial Gas Engineer:
- Commercial Gas tickets (essential)
- F-Gas CAT1 (essential)
- Steam experience (desirable)
- Previous experience across commercial & industrial sites
- Be able to partake in a call-out rota
