Building Service Engineer
Must be electrically qualified and Ideally have their F Gas!
Our client offers national coverage delivering facilities support services through a technology-led approach. Whether you're an end-user occupying a single property, or a facilities manager with a national portfolio, they have the desire and capability to support your needs in a cost effective manner.
Our client is looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer only covering the Midlands area. The area you would cover is from Shropshire to Birmingham to Leicester.
Covering a variety of commercial contracts nationally such as large
retail outlets, government contracts, schools and leisure.
Your duties as a Building Services Engineer will include:
- Weekly fire alarm testing
- Monthly water temp monitoring
- Emergency light testing
- Monthly plant room checks, Pumps, Motors, AHUs
- Fire door testing and inspection (can enrol on course providing they can repair)
- Roof repairs
- Door repairs
- Minor plumbing checks/repair
The offer of Building Services Engineer:
- Salary up to £35,000
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- 1 in 4 On call Rota
- 20 + 8 Bank Holidays
- Laptop and Phone
