£40,000 + Company Benefits & Progression
Monday - Friday / 40hr Week

We are looking for a Static Multi-Skilled Engineer wanting to join a large technical team looking for their next step in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to calls issued by the helpdesk
- Carried out planned maintenance in line with M-ERP requirements
- Communicating with the customer
- Multi-skilled trades service provision to site, plumbing and other trades as required
- Reactive maintenance in accordance to SLA and KPI's.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing local site standards and procedures whilst complying with legal regulations
- Host sub-contractors to ensure site is ready for trades at the appropriate times.
- Assist in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across site working alongside the site Technical Services Manager and Small Works Manager.
- Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends
- Flexibility to carry out other reasonable requests from line manager to support the wider team.
Experience/Skills:
- Recognized plumbing qualification
- Working with F-Gas system advantageous
- Experience of building maintenance, handyperson or janitorial duties.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.
- Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management.
- Confident, driven and pro-active.
- Able to do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
