Compliance Coordinator

£28,000 - £30,000 + Company Benefits & Progression

Monday - Friday /40hr Week - 8 - 5

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the upkeep of the central site logbooks, regularly reviewing the levels of compliance and working closely with the Technical Services team to ensure we are audit ready at all times.
  • Performing L1 audits with the Compliance Manager.
  • Planning lifting equipment inspections in line with LOLER regulations with 3rd party contractor.
  • Supporting the compliance of statutory maintenance (Water, LOLER, PSSR & Fire).
  • Adopt a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery.
  • Support, develop and communicate best working practice.
  • Support the management of all engineering compliance reports ensuring these are submitted on time and as required.
  • Support monthly assurance checks on engineers are completed and ensure all plant room Gemba's are completed .
  • Ensure legislative compliance for assets within scope are continually achieved.
  • Attend & actively participate in internal and external meetings as required.
  • Ensure legislation and company operating procedures are adhered to .
  • Supporting any engineering root cause analysis and CAPAS' for technical activities .
  • Report any unsafe activities / risks promptly to the Client / Line Manager.
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.

Experience:


  • Experience in (CMMS Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) such as MERPS & SAP is preferable.
  • Strong grasp on current legislation in relation to building services is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Good written, numeric and verbal skills
  • Organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task.
