Monday to Friday, 8am / 5pm
£27,000 - £29,000
Looking for the chance to get in with one of the biggest FM companies?
Our client is currently looking for a Workplace Assistant to join a vibrant business unit in the heart of London to be based at a brand-new site working on behalf of two multinational mining companies.
On site they can offer free subsidized food and drink, use of onsite gym as well as 25 days holiday + bank holidays, further training and upskilling courses and a clear future progression plan
Responsibilities for a Workplace Assistant:
- Engage with client staff at workplace hub and take ownership of all enquiries
- Promote new initiatives and innovations that enhance workplace experience
- Provide cross functional support for the workplace team
- Complete monthly building audits in line with KPIs
- Provide monthly summary reports for client meetings
- Provide support for event set-ups and resets
- Responsible for moves and changes around the building
- Promote and maintain company culture
- Liaise with helpdesk to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications / Person Specification for a Workplace Assistant:
- Good basic education to GCSE/A-Level/HNC standard
- Proficient in use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience of a similar client facing role
- Able to work systematically and use own initiative
- Calm manner and able to work under pressure
