Role: Trainee Sales Advisor
Location: Prestatyn
Basic Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 + commission + bonuses + holiday incentives
Contract: Full time, permenant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
If you are career motivated and have the drive, personality and passion to work in a sales based environment this would be brilliant opportunity to begin your career in sales/ recruitment. We are offering excellent in-house training and long-term opportunities to grow and develop with the company. Due to continued growth we are currently in the process of moving to new, modern offices are looking to recruit Trainee Sales Advisors/ Recruiters to join the company. The role will mainly involve outbound calls to clients to create interest and generate business. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus un-capped commission (potential to more than double your salary). The role is perfect if you have past experience in any of the following roles and you are looking to jump start your career with a fantastic company who believe in rewarding their staff. This would be ideal for those looking for a career in sales who come from a customer service, call centre, retail or hospitality background. Recent graduates will also be seriously considered; The company offer excellent induction, on-going training and day to day support to really develop your career.
