Sales Executive / Recruitment Consultant
Denbigh
HVAC FM are looking for a driven individual with a good sales background that wants to make the change to recruitment consultant / account manager.
This really is a role for someone driven to succeed with excellent communication skills be it telephone, face to face or email.
If you are a sales executive now or sales experience in the past and you are looking for career with substantial earnings as well as joining a company with opportunity for progression then apply immediately and we will organise a telephone chat to tell you more.
The successful candidate will be trained by the team of consultants here with no previous recruitment experience needed.
This role is working Monday - Friday 8am / 5pm with a competitive salary, great commission scheme as well as company incentives (trips abroad, sporting events etc).
Commission is key for any sales executive and ours dwarfs most roles including up to 25% of total invoice paid to you (average fee of 3.5k for each placement) on top of a great competitive salary.
1st year on target earnings £30-35k
2nd year on target earnings £35-45k
Completely uncapped with consultants currently earning £80k+
You will be given live clients to nurture and support with a total open book on new clients.
We promote from within with plenty of opportunities to move through from consultant up to as far as director for the right person.
You will be based in our Denbigh office on the Colomendy Estate with a fantastic team to help and support.
