Salary: £100,000K +
My client is exceptionally successful in their field and it is no wonder given the amazing team, phenomenal ethos, incredible service standards and level of ambition. They have seen their business grow by 70% in the last year and they are set to continue! With over 20 years behind them, they are in a very strong position and we are looking for a powerful Head of Sales to join them.

As Head of Sales, you are strategic, motivational, proven and passionate. People will be key and you will thrive in a role that enables team and individual success.
You will be able to develop and deliver structured growth across key sectors and achieve key targets. As we know, good sales people are all about relationships and this will be exactly that. Able to identify synergies and create opportunities while contributing heavily to the direction and growth of the over-all business.
A full clean driving license is a necessity as well as a willingness to travel as required.
All about the role:
Head of Sales will ensure the business achieves its Turnover Target in value terms but also work type and sector mix. As a department head you are expected to motivate, inspire, and lead your teams in line with The Groups key beliefs.
Your role is to help create and implement a strategy to generate the volume & value of enquiries to achieve turnover target. This will be facilitated by managing your team effectively, putting in place a structure that will meet the strategy and company objectives as agreed by the wider board.
It is also a key requirement to analyse the data available from the ERP system across the business and use the outcome of the analysis to share insights with the relevant stakeholders as well as formulating/implementing revised strategies where required.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the Sales & Business Strategy is implemented.
• Manage and develop direct reports.
• Lead by example inspiring staff in line with The Group key beliefs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients including entertainment
• Build and maintain relationships with operations team including, Regional Managers and Operations Directors.
• Ensure the ERP system is being used accurately.
• Support the bid team as a priority if/when required to ensure bids submitted in a timely manner.
• Work with Marketing to ensure brand opportunities are maximised.
• Work with Head of Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure strategies align
• Build strategic relationships with supply chain partners
• Complete Monthly Report for Sales Director
• Provide Regular updates on team performance to Sales Director
• Provide regular updates to the branch network on performance.
• Analyse the sales numbers and advise on key insights and future areas of focus
• Ensure any strategy & business communication is implemented
