£23,000 - £24,000
Monday to Friday / 08:00-17:00pm
Are you looking for a new opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest FM companies?
We have an opportunity working on a large science-led technology Centre in Bracknell for a Facilities Assistant, The role will be responsible for carrying out front of house, logbook duties as well as the post room operative duties.
This position would be ideal for someone looking to get their first step into a large Facilities Maintenance company with a scope to progress into a Facilities Engineer in future, or someone currently in a Facilities Assistant role looking for a change.
Job Duties:
- Front of House duties
- Deal with outgoing mail for the office
- Recording the delivery of post
- Logbook Admin duties
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Dealing with stationary equipment
- Basic Maintenance work such as moving equipment / helping the on site engineers
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience within facilities maintenance
- Good understanding of IT systems/CAFM systems
- Good phone manner
