Maintenance Electrician
Monday to Friday
You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the world. They are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to work on a multi-site commercial contract in the Rugby Area. They are a well-known global company who specialize in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.They are looking for someone ideally in the Rugby to Kettering area
Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems.
- Undertake essential repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets.
- Maintenance of lighting systems.
- Complete all task /risk assessments sheets and method statements relating to work.
- Responsible for undertaking electrical isolations.
- Commercial Lighting
- Emergency Lighting
- Fault Finding and Repair
- Fire Alarms
- Basic Joinery and Plumbing
- AHU
- FCU
- Air Conditioning Units
What you’ll get
- Permanent Role
- Salary £30,000-£35,000
- Includes PPE, Uniform and Van
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
What you’ll need
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Test and Inspect is advantageous
- Experience working in the Facilities Management industry
