Facilities Manager (static site)
Dover
£30k plus benefits

We have the Facilities Manager role for you…
In your new FM role you'll be the face of our business on client site, a busy retail park in Dover. You'll be the first point of call for all our facilities service delivery, managing our suppliers, keeping the retail tenants happy and being the person on the ground developing a real community that's going to improve the way our customers interact with the site.
You'll also get involved in project work relating to asset management, procurement and community events so there'll be lots to keep you busy.
To hit the ground running in this FM role you will need experience looking after retail or leisure sites before and really enjoy delivering great service in a customer-focused FM environment.
