Space Planner

£55k + package
Keen for a mega role in space and occupancy planning for a mammoth tech client in London? Have experience in developing and executing wide reaching commercial property strategy? Know your CAFM systems? This could be a great one for you.
This client has a truly massive and massively growing portfolio in the UK with over 800,000 sq ft and headcount of over 6000. You will be working within the dedicated space and occupancy team for some major workplace moves and transformations in a fast pace and ever-changing role.
You will need core commercial office space planning experience, the ability to work within a team, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and tactical planning experience.
This is an aggressive project and requires an individual ready to roll their sleeves up!
