£24k - £33k plus overtime, van, 27 days holiday, NHS discount

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to look after around 15 NHS sites across Hampshire - mainly in Eastleigh, Southampton and the New Forest. This is a real opportunity to move into the public sector, forge a long term career in an organisation where work life balance is huge with lots of opportunity for future career development if that's what you're looking for.
A role where you will be using your experience around our various hospitals and health centres in a mobile role benefitting your local community. Day-to-day you'll be installing and maintaining fire doors, locks, repairing fixtures and fitting and other building fabric works so the work is varied and interesting.
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
If you've got your NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in either Carpentry or Construction, or have served an apprenticeship in either of those we'd love to hear from you!
