Technical Supervisor
West London
£42,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance
Monday to Friday
We are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team as a Technical Supervisor on a large commercial contract working across West London to look after a cluster of sites.
This role will involve visiting multiple sites supervising teams of engineers within facilities maintenance to ensure all reactive and planned preventive maintenance are completed.
Facilities maintenance experience is essential.
The successful candidate will oversee a couple of local sites and manage day to day engineering duties within a commercial environment.
Daily Duties.
- To supervise and manage on a day-to-day basis the operation of the delivery of a Reactive breakdown and Planned Maintenance service
- Responsible for the activities of a team of operatives and ensuring the safe delivery by sub-contractors.
- Ensure that the work undertaken by operatives and sub-contractors where applicable is satisfactorily completed within the cost and priority constraints of the contract. To control the costs of such items as work hours, equipment, vehicles, stock and tools, thus minimizing wastage and avoidable expenditure.
- Assist in the production & monitoring of financial and KPI management reports, and take corrective & improvement actions
- To co-ordinate the allocation and distribution of work to operatives and sub-contractors, monitoring progress and completion of those works within laid down priority times, whilst providing the client with an update on each site's status in a weekly client meeting.
- To be responsible for scheduling and programming follow-on works including material ordering, diarising appointments and ensuring customers are informed of revised appointment times in accordance with priority response times.
- To proactively lead in resolving issues as they occur. Liaising with both sides of the operation, agents, response liaison coordinator, customers and operatives to ensure the timely conclusion to any issues that arise

- Salary: £45,000 + Car Allowance
