We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to look after a number of NHS sites around Oldham and north Manchester. This is a real opportunity to move in to the public sector and forge a long term career with an organisation which prioritises your work life balance. There is also lots of opportunity for training and career development if that's what you're looking for.
You'll be using your experience around our various hospitals, GP surgeries, pharmacies and health centres in a mobile role in your local community. So you will be installing, maintaining and repairing electric fixtures and fittings in all types of healthcare environment as well as helping others in the team with basic mechanical and building fabric works.
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm
We are open to the person here. You will have a formal electrical Apprenticeship or City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in an electrical discipline, but that's pretty standard.
What we are really looking for is a strong maintenance professional who is in a position in their career who wants a long career term role, where there is opportunity in public sector and someone who really values work life balance.
