Job Title: Gesamttechnischer Leiter
Salary: €84,000 - €96,000 per year + benefits
Location: Berlin, Germany
Head Office
This private chain of Hotels & Resorts is very present in Germany, however, they also have other properties around Europe and with plans for expansion! They are all about attention to detail and providing each guest with a special and unique stay in their luxurious facilities. They are looking for a Gesamttechnischer Leiter to lead the technical department and supervise all the properties in Germany!
You bring
- A degree in electrical engineering or building technology; alternatively heating and ventilation construction
- 2-4 years of experience in architecture or planning office
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
- Business thinking, as well, as an independent way of working and the will to take responsibility
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Category B driving license
- Very good administrative skills and computer capabilities
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and fluent English
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
You will
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical facilities of the hotels and resorts in cooperation with the local staff and the associated legal regulations
- Act as a Safety and fire protection officer (extinguishing systems & sprinkler systems)
- Be responsible for the health and safety procedure and make sure they are being followed
- Coordination and monitoring of statutory inspections and controls
- Responsible for investment and maintenance planning and its implementation
- Planning and implementation of construction projects
- Contact person for technical questions in the company and participation in projects
- Analysis of economic key figures and development of improvement measures
