The Role: Workplace Deployment Specialist
Location: London
Sector: Workplace / FM
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000pa

My client is a world-leader in the arena and due to their continued success, we are looking for a Workplace Deployment Specialist to join the vibrant team, delivering best-in-class service to their notable clients. It is a unique role that requires amazing communication and organisational skills. You’ll think fast and with accuracy, be solution focused and hugely collaborative in your approach.
Reason for the role:
- To provide direction, inspiration, content and guidance to the Workplace contract teams in relation to workplace products, concepts and services.
- To understand workplace scope in each contract and designated sector
- To be conversant with KPIs and key contract ADPs and priorities
- To ensure all Group concepts and UK workplace processes and tools are deployed and embedded in Key Contracts across each sector
- To execute contract workplace requirements through contract workplace teams
- To support Key Account Managers and workplace teams across the business with reactive customer requirements and new strategies
- To fulfil workplace contractual obligations and optimise growth opportunities within contracts and sectors
Who we are looking for:
- A manager with more than 10 years’ experience managing workplace in contracts, large teams, complex contracts or complex projects and functions
- Essential experience in facilities management, workplace strategy or experience management
- Desirable experience and passion for the service industry
- Able to manage conflict and liaise with senior stakeholders and customers
- Financial acumen and commercial understanding of contracts
- A natural communicator who can engage and nurture relationships
- Ability to manage and execute projects
- Able to operationalise concepts into strategies and improvement plans that align to customers’ purpose and key priorities
