The Role: Community and Engagement Manager
Location: London
Sector: Workplace / FM / Communications
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 DOE
My client is a leading global Facilities and Workplace service provider, and they have a very exiting opportunity for a Community and Engagement Manager to join the team and deliver exceptional results for their clients.
The Role:
The Community and Engagement Manager will support the Workplace Development Director in creating a Workplace culture, methodology and structure that enables the Workplace community to support Contracts across all sectors and commercial functions.
Taking a lead role in the community and engagement (Communications) product to ensure concepts, processes and best practices are understood, developed, communicated and embedded in the Workplace community and UK business.
Supporting key projects and methodologies in the workplace and assessing the Workplace needs across the business by monitoring communications and engagement and nurturing an inspired community.
The Candidate:
- You will be a manager with more than 5 years’ experience managing Communication and Engagement operations in workplaces.
- Essential experience in communications and marketing
- Desirable experience and passion for working in the service industry
- Able to manage conflict and liaise with senior stakeholders and customers
- A natural communicator who can engage and nurture relationships
- Ability to manage and execute projects
- Able to operationalise concepts into strategies and improvement plans that align to customers’ purpose and key priorities
