Location: Stirling (covering Glasgow area)
Salary: £47,000

Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
About the role
As Project Manager on our prestigious contract, you'll provide a total service solution for Minor Works, Construction, Refurbishment and Life-cycle (Projects), to administer and control the "Project" process, to implement change requests, and to be the main point of contact for Project work.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination of the organisation, procurement and management of the Project Works, including preparation and issue of tender packages and producing detailed tender analysis of tender returns
- Co-ordinate with all interested parties on approved projects to schedule the Project and to produce a sequence of works schedule for all parties
- Provide effective liaison with building users to establish brief and survey relevant locations
- Produce and maintain individual and overall Project Programme plans
- Overall supervision of all resources involved in the development of Projects to ensure that client requirements are identified correctly and delivered within the timescales set
