Contracts Manager - Inverness

What you'll do as a contracts manager:
- Acting as Primary liaison with the Landlords, tenant representatives and stakeholders
- Ensuring contractual compliance at all times and Prepare Client performance reports, including, but not limited to, Key Performance Indicators, Property and Maintenance
- Managing records in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and company policies and procedure
- Ensuring maintenance is undertaken in accordance with statutory requirements and policies on management of contractors whilst ensuring best value for money
- Chairing monthly Tenants' Forum and Bi-annual Health and Safety Forum
What you'll need as a contracts manager:
- A degree in a relevant field
- Experience of Managing a total FM Contract, preferably with membership of the BIFM.
- Considerable budgetary experience
- First class customer service skills are essential, together with a positive outlook and flexible, team working attitude
- The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check
