One of my key Public Sector clients is seeking an Internal Resourcing Advisor on an interim basis paying £19.23 per hour. This is a long-term contract with a possibility of becoming permanent.
Reporting to the Head of Resource Management, due to a significant and positive period of change, my client is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to provide expert advice and recommendations to Hiring Managers and to support resourcing decisions to ensure that the client recruits and retains the best talent.
Key responsibilities of the Resourcing Advisor will be to establish and develop dialogue and relationships with hiring managers and the HR Business Partners to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organisational challenges.
The Resourcing Advisor will also be expected to promote the client's brand as an employer of choice through innovative recruitment material including advertising campaigns and by creating a positive candidate experience.
About you:
Experience as an in-house recruiter
Experience of end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience of writing and delivering advertised recruitment campaigns
Ideally CPP/CIPD qualified or equivalent
