We have a fantastic opportunity for a Static Maintenance Plumber available on a large government campus in Corsham - our client is looking for a Static Maintenance Plumber to join an expanding team of engineers on site. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, ideally qualified to NVQ/City & Guilds level 2/3 in Plumbing Studies or an equivalent. They will be expected to integrate into a team of engineers and have a flexible attitude towards work, as well as supporting the wider business.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, installation, compliance tasks
- Reactive works, minor Plumbing install works, Pressure vessels valve replacement etc Legionella awareness, Point of Use heaters
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems
- Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks as required
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Plumbing duties/plant room checks
- General Building services work when required
Qualifications:
- Level 2/3 NVQ in Plumbing & Heating or Plumbing Studies
- Unvented Hot Water Qualification (desirable)
- Legionella Awareness
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
- Full clean driving licence
