Facilities Management (main)
Build Recruitment are working with a property construction provider to make the key appointment of a Management Assistant to work at their head office in Ealing.
This is an exciting role to join their growing business to support the Building Surveying Team to complete a variety of administration and management tasks across a diverse array of projects. They are looking for people who are proactive and diligent, with the talent to consistently identify effective and efficient ways of working.
Some key objectives of the role are:
- Liaising with Surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out.
- Document Management - Logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel.
- Attending sites, internal and external meetings to produce concise minutes.
- Manage monthly invoice process for the team; preparing monthly invoicing schedules and maintaining monthly invoice reports; drafting invoices.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings/events/lunches/workshops.
- Provide overflow support to other teams where necessary.
