Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Working: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Location: London, Docklands

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Representing the business by being the first point of contact with our customers.
- Job by job communication and tracking of the engineering workforce and subcontractors to ensure CAFM systems are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that completion details are on all work orders; including of materials, details of works carried out and accurate engineer time records.
- Receive updates about work orders, ensuring all systems are updated in real-time with accurate information.
- Answer calls, respond to emails and future technologies that will be received and making decisions to determine the most appropriate response.
About You:
- A strong team player and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills; being able to listen attentively to customers' requirements and pass the same information across to engineers is imperative to the success of job completions.
- Exhibit a high level of emotional maturity and calmness to handle the stress associated with the position.
- Computer literate is essential, with the ability to navigate comfortably between multiple systems- e.g. scheduling and monitoring of vehicles/engineers, email, phone system.
- Should be willing to work flexible schedules including working on weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet the demands of clients.
- Must be educated to GCSE level to be able to accurately deal with the work involved in the position.
