Build Recruitment are working with an education provider in the Southeast of England to source a Maintenance Manager (Planned Works): up to £43,000
Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, the Maintenance Manager (Planned Works) will be instrumental in shaping, leading and managing all planned maintenance and compliance activities across the portfolio.
The Maintenance Manager (Planned Works) will also be responsible for managing the operational delivery of all estate's activities as well as to lead/assist/support the in the monitoring and delivery of a range of building works and projects, ensuring works are completed to specification and on budget, timescales are met, and up-to-date records and drawings are maintained.
Applicants will hold a level 3 Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and a level 3 in related Mechanical and Electrical Discipline. It is also expected that applicants will also have experience in PPM delivery in a suitably sized/complex organisation and have experience of service standards and how to delivery first class customer satisfaction.
It is essential that applicants hold a full UK Driving License.
