Shift Maintenance Engineer
Static Engineer Days only
Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary - £35,000 + £3,000 shift allowance
One of the UK's leading Facilities company are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their large team of engineers on a brand new contract in London - on site you will be responsible for leading the team, all M&E functions, budgeting, liaising with clients & management as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis.
We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team. This opportunity is based on a large, well known static site which was founded in 1768.

Key Responsibilities for a Maintenance Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- To maintain full and safe operational functionality and presentation of all M&E services including a wide range of heaters, air conditioners, coolers, dehumidifiers and/or other climate control equipment.
- Checking, cleaning, servicing, maintenance and record-keeping to be consistently carried out to the standards set down by the Company in accordance with the published Workshop Procedures and with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
- The objective is to maximise equipment safety reliability, availability and presentation.
- Also to carry out repairs within the scope of training and competence.
- HVAC accessories, to maintain full and safe operational functionality.
- Installs and de-installs of equipment.
Qualifications / Experience for a Maintenance Engineer:
- 18th Edition qualified
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
- HV/LV knowledge (desirable)
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
