Job Title: PPM Engineer (Multi-skilled/Fabric Bias)
Pay Rate: £29,000
Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 40 hours per week

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all delegated planned works are completed to a satisfactory standard within the contract defined time scales.
- Create and maintain good working relationships with client staff on site.
- Always demonstrate a proactive can-do approach to service delivery.
- Undertake monthly tap temperature recording and cleaning of spray heads, in line with L8 legislation.
- Undertake emergency light testing, both monthly and annual frequency.
- Cleaning and/or changing filters on air conditioning and handling plant.
- Undertake minor painting and decorating work across the store.
- Undertake basic carpentry repairs such as replacing door locks, handles, hinges and door closers.
- Undertake general plumbing tasks such as changing basin taps and WC repairs.
- Undertake minor repairs/inspections to building fabric.
About You:
- Experience within General Maintenance background.
- Will have a C&G / NVQ trade qualification (preferable)
- Experienced in basic skills in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Door Hanging, Carpet/Lino repairs, Tiling, ceiling grids/tiles minor, plumbing works
- Qualified / Experienced in Legionella Awareness.
- Good communication skills, able to build effective client relationships
- Flexible / Agile approach to work within Retail environment.
