Build Recruitment are engaged by a London based multi-disciplinary consultancy to source a number of Project Manager / Building Surveyors to manage projects across their Public Sector client base. £55k - £60k + £5k car allowance and benefits.
Reporting to the Public Sector Lead, the Project Manager / Building Surveyors will autonomously manage Regeneration Projects to residential and various public sector buildings across London.
With a robust and highly efficient administrative team, you will be responsible for producing tender documents including specifications, preambles and preliminaries as well as producing management reports and communicating progress and forecasts to the client team, including all pre and post contract management duties.
About you:
Applicants are expected to be a Chartered Building Surveyor / Project Manager (MRICS), with a minimum of two years post qualification experience or possess a construction related degree accredited by the RICS.
