Sustainability Compliance Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Compliance Officer to join a large Facilities Management Organisation working on an Energy and Sustainability contract based in Chesterfield.

- Chesterfield (with travel around Rotherham and Barnsley)
- Candidates must have a full UK driving licence

The role will involve travelling to allocated sites to collate, validate and prepare PAS 2030:2019 compliance paperwork to Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, operating within contractual deadlines to ensure compliance.
Duties
- Producing of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2030:2019
- Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and pass this knowledge onto the wider regional team.
- Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
- To ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information.
- To ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to.
- Engage with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects.
- Assist with the collation of relevant data and the preparation of reports.
- Any other reasonable management request.
Candidate Requirements/Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a full valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience working in compliance in the build environment
- Experience and knowledge of working to regulated standards in the build environment
- Good IT skills in MS Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to review detail quickly and accurately from numerous documents
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Knowledge of PAS 2030 2019 Standards is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of the energy and sustainability sector within the build environment is desirable but not essential
