JOB SUMMARY:
To support the Quality Manager to ensure that all processes are recognised, controlled and verified, to audit and support sites across the contract to ensure conformance to standards and delivery of training.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support / maintenance of document control system
- Undertake internal system & process audits (with audit & non-conformance reports & closeout).
- Provide QA support including training and system set-up.
- Undertake / support process analysis, process flowcharting and creation process documents.
- Promote continuous systems improvements and good practice.
- Report & investigate corrective and preventative actions, accidents and incidents.
- On-site QA training.
- Work to the clients Quality procedure and and seek advice from the Quality Manager on all matters relating to Regulatory and Statutory compliance.
- Provide advice and support hard services personnel, maintaining a firm approach to ensure that policy and procedure are understood and followed.
- Accountable for ensuring that Regulatory activities are carried out, in compliance terms.
- Assess trends, review overall performance and advise on how best to maintain good working practice including documentation standards.
- Assist with and review incident investigation reports and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrences.
- Compile a monthly Contract Quality report.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
- General education to A Level or Equivalent desired
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
- Prior experience of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to meet deadlines within a high pressure environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
