Fabric Engineer
We have a great opportunity working for one of the UK's leading and best known Facilities Management companies at a medical site in Watford. As a company they can offer fantastic benefits such as 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays and more.
They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a growing team.
The role will be responsible for carrying out a range of general maintenance tasks, fabric maintenance and offer business support
You will have ideally worked in a multi technical role and will have a broad understanding of building services maintenance.

Qualifications/Experience:
- You will come from a trade background and will have experience carrying out maintenance on commercial contracts.
- You will ideally hold City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in either electrical, plumbing or carpentry (Desirable)
The role;
Permanent Role - Fabric Engineer
Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Salary - £29,000.00
Location - Watford
