The Role:
Build Recruitment are working with an Italian furniture company to make the key appointment of a Project / Office Administrator to work in their London office.
The purpose of the project administrator is to report to the General Manager. The project administrator will be an admin support for Interna’s London dynamic team, based in London Clerkenwell.
Brief Objectives:
1. Management of the office hardware, as well as storage of documents and management of the storage space;
2. Give support to the General Manager and the project team for project tasks as gathering of finishes, organization of their shipment, creation of excel files, creation of meeting minutes
3. Support in events organization as fairs or Interna pop up shows in London or UK;
Other skills they are looking for are:
- Project assistant, ready to take on board all the operative activities needed, from bookkeeping, to support on projects, data inserting, logistics and parcels.
- Dynamic and proactive.
- Not scared of getting their hands dirty.
- Few years of experience in challenging environments, preferably in the construction industry.
- Italian speaking would be very advantages or an understanding of Italian culture as this is an Italian based company.
