Helpdesk Coordinator
£20,000 - £23,000
Working for a prestigious Facilities Management company looking for experienced Facilities Maintenance Helpdesk Schedulers/Coordinators to join our their busy team.
The Role
Working on the Helpdesk, you will be part of a team that provides both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of trade skills including electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical and fabric disciplines. Utilising in-house engineers or specialist supply chain, you will be allocating the correct people to the job in hand, ensuring that client requirements are met, SLA's are adhered to and all the relevant updates are provided, as ongoing communication with our customers is the key to success.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Contacting sites and booking in work;
- Scheduling engineers and planning their working diary;
- Chasing Updates;
- Updating Clients portals;
- Reviewing open jobs and aged work in progress.
The Requirements
Working a 40 hour week, the start and finish times will be between 8am-5pm with 30 minute lunch.
