Patient Co Ordinator
We have multiple opportunities and are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for Patient Co Ordinator’s based in Chelsea. The key job responsibility will be meeting and greeting customers coming in and taking them through the process on the site.
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: Temporary Ongoing (Potentially up to 1 Year of Work)
Working Days: Day shift pattern available - will include weekends - this is flexible and some more days and hours might be available.
4 days on 4 days off - 7AM till 7PM
MUST wear full PPE.

- Potentially 1 year of working across Covid Testing Units
- You will be provided with full training and PPE
- Communicating with individuals that visit the site and ensuring they are aware of the processes
- Ensuring social distancing procedures are adhered to
- Package up the swabs ready to send to laboratories for processing
- Inventory and stock taking
- Disposing of bio-hazard containers appropriately.
- Support the delivery of services at the Testing Unit, communicating and providing an efficient, effective service for each service user who visits the Test Unit
- It is expected on site that you wear plain clothing. Full length dark jeans, trousers or thick sensible leggings are acceptable. No track suits or joggers.
- You will be required to wear a plaint t-shirt, polo shirt or long-sleeved top (sleeves will be asked to be rolled up)
- Sensible enclosed non-slip shoes are essential.
