Helpdesk Manager
Central London
Up to £46,000
Helpdesk Manager required to join a leading Facilities Service Provider to manage a helpdesk based in central London.
You will have previous experience of managing a helpdesk and a team of helpdesk advisors, ideally in a facilities management, property or building services discipline.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all calls are answered and logged in a timely and effective way with correct detail.
- The teams' calls are assigned to the right engineering resource/subcontractor with suffient detail
- All PPM's are released in accordance with the PPM Planner
- All reactive jobs are closed off and marked to history.
- Training all team members
- Ensuring all contractors load the correct paperwork onto the system
- Run reports for the management meetings.
This role requires someone with good management skills who is able to get the best from a team and provide them a productive and safe working environment, from which they are able to give a great service to their customers and achieve their potential.
The team are currently operating from home, during Covid restrictions, however, they will return to the office as soon as it is deemed safe to do so and you must be prepared to work from a Central London location.
The helpdesk currently operates Monday - Friday 8-5.30pm and start times are staggered on a rota.

This role is paying in the region of £40,000 - £46,000 plus benefits.
