Maintenance Plumber
North West
A privately owned company priding itself on a culture of flexibility, communication and client's needs. Specialising in the design, supply and installation of air conditioning, ventilation/extract and heating/plumbing works, to the commercial and domestic sector.
As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical maintenance tasks on site are done on time and to schedule and be able to look after your own work load.
Role and responsibilities;
- Material take off's
- Installation of plumbing equipment, pipework, brackets and insulation
- Service and Maintenance
- Liaising with onsite clients
- Progress updates and information
- Ensuring health & safety is adhered to, including inspection of PPE
- Progress updates and information to line manager
- To work both in a team and alone
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks within reason as necessitated by site specific objectives and your role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Qualifications & Attributes Required;
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification
- Experience working in the building maintenance and construction industry
- Full clean driving license
- CSCS Card & Asbestos Awareness Qualification
- Gas Safe Registered
- Unvented Cylinder Qualification
- PASMA & IPAF License
- Abrasive Wheels Qualification
The offer:-
- Permanent
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Company Van
- Salary - £28,000 - 30,000 - Dependent on experience
