You will ensure Statutory Compliance and Planned Preventative Maintenance is undertaken.
This is a job share role equating to 0.65 FTE and is pivotal to ensuring delivery of excellent facilities management services for customers. You will be HMRC’s onsite lead for both Hard and Soft FM Services ensuring customers work in an environment where they can perform at their best, enabling the delivery of HMRC business objectives.

Job description
You will take the lead in delivering proactive supplier relationships management to ensure services are in line with agreed contract performance levels and customer requirements. You will do this by supporting the development/evolution of our customer focused services.
You will take the lead to integrate contractor delivery in the Regional Centre.
You will review and report on supplier performance to the Regional Centre Head of Estate and Estates Area G7 FM Lead, acting to drive continuous improvement
Alongside your job share colleague you will provide leadership and direction to your team, whilst ensuring a collaborative and joined up approach with the rest of the onsite Regional Centre Estates Team and the wider Estates business operation.
Provide high quality and consistent communications with customers and key stakeholders.
Oversee day to day performance to ensure the successful delivery of services to a changing portfolio of properties across the region

Working Pattern
To achieve our Customer Service ambitions the successful candidate for this vacancy will be expected to work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, in a flexible way as part of a job split. There may be occasions where there is a requirement to work Thursdays and Fridays, allowing flexibility for evening work up to 8pm and occasional Saturday work in line with business need. This is a job share role equating to 0.65 FTE.

This means that the hours of jobholders who work part-time are matched so that between them they provide the full cover the job needs.
Job splitting means that you and your job-splitting partner:
Divide up the working day or week between you, so that one of you is at work to provide the required cover, often by working your hours back to back
Divide the job or allocation into separate sets of duties so that you and your job splitting partner know what you are each responsible for

Responsibilities
As our FM Regional Lead Facilities Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Monitor, measure and assure statutory compliance and planned preventative maintenance.
- Provide a visible presence for our customers ensuring the best quality of service and excellent customer communications
- Assure hard and soft FM supplier and landlord performance
- Apply contract incentives and sanctions within delegation and make recommendations to the Area Head of Facilities Management
- Identify and manage customer service and FM risks
- Act as the deputy when required to the Regional Centre Head of Estate
- Lead and develop the team
Desirable Criteria
- Substantial previous experience within a facilities management / contract management function
- Clear demonstration of FM Skills in both meeting customer needs and managing supplier relationships
- Contract/Supplier Management
- Demonstration of strong customer relationship management and customer service ethos
- Understanding key performance related schedules within contracts including assurance of KPIs/SLA’s
