Interim Contract Manager / Account Manager
Petersfield, GU32
Monday to Friday
Negotiable salary + car allowance & Bonus
Our client is currently looking for an Interim contract manager to come onboard and take ownership of a large laboratory contract in Petersfield. Our client has a long-standing relationship with this site and currently has a rolling contract with no plans to retender.
This position does have the option to be permanent for the right candidate.
The contract includes hard and soft FM service provision provided by a team of directly employed labour and includes but is not limited to help desk, projects, cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance, stores and mechanical/electrical, 24/7 reactive response and Planned Preventative Maintenance. The successful candidate will have 3 direct reports and will oversee a total of 20 staff.
You will ensure all financial targets are met and ensure that the service on all sites is delivered, reported and compliant with customer.
To maintain and grow the relationship with the customer building the contract.
Continue to develop ongoing business plans for the customer account that delivers sustainable profitable growth based on a full understanding of the Integrated FM and Technical services markets.
