Maintenance Technician

£23k - £31k plus overtime, van, 27 days holiday, NHS discount

Day-to-day you'll be working as part of a mobile maintenance team around the Kent area, dealing with plumbing, fabric and basic mechanical and electrical works. You'll respond to reactive works called into the helpdesk by the hospital staff and deal with PPMs as they arise, supported by internal technical specialists within HVAC and refrigeration as you need them plus external contractors.
To enjoy your new Maintenance Technician job you'll need to come from a building maintenance or facilities background with some plumbing experience. As this is a mobile role and you'll be given a van you will need a full UK driving licence.
This is a really varied environment so there will be a lot to learn in your first few months but once you're up to speed it'll mean you'll be in an interesting job, part of a good team with an employer that values you.
