A well respected, property organisation has a unique opportunity for a Building Manager to join their team, in order to manage a trophy building in the centre of Bristol. As the Building Manager, you will be responsible for leading the on-site hard and soft services team to ensure tenants / clients are receiving a 5* level of service. Salary on offer for this position is between £40,000 £50,000 with an exceptional benefits.
You will ideally come from a managing agent background, hold experience in managing complex buildings for corporate tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all hard and soft services teams
- Maintain a professional relationship and provide a first-class service to the occupier of the property
- Have experience in service charge budgeting, work permits, property compliance, and landlord works
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and provide a safe working environment for the occupier and their staff
- Monitor service providers to ensure that they are providing a world-class service
