The role will be to service, maintain and repair access control, CCTV, intruder & physical security systems in their growing portfolio of large, single site and multi-site clients.

The role
Service and maintain a wide range of security equipment
Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and routine visits
Be involved in a 24-hour emergency cover rota. Currently this equates to 1 week in 5
The key technical requirements for this role include:
An excellent working knowledge of Intruder, CCTV and Access control systems. Experience with the following brands would be a distinct advantage: -
Intruder: Texecom, Galaxy, Menvier
CCTV: IDIS, Axis, Aviglon, HIK
Access control: Lenel, Janus C4, Sateon, Vanderbilt, Net 2, SiPass
About you
Must have at least 3 years relevant experience
Outstanding customer service skills
Provide excellent service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers
Must be flexible, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Adhere to health and safety requirements
The ability to lift and climb ladders
What’s on offer
Basic Salary of £32-38k per annum, dependent on experience, which could be increased for an exceptional candidate
1 in 5 weeks on-call Rota, with a £200 Standby allowance for the week, 1.5 x standard pay and a minimum 4hr paid when on call out
Company vehicle: Can be a van or an estate car – yours to choose
Fuel Card, Mobile, Laptop, Uniform, Tools and H&S Kit
25 days paid holiday + bank holidays
