Corporate Security Manager
West London
Up to £45,000.00 PA
24 Days Holidays + BH Per Year
Monday-Friday / 08:00am-17:00pm
We're looking for a Corporate Security Manager to be based out of a prestigious retail site in Uxbridge, West London. We are looking for a security professional to lead our team of door security officers and front of house staff. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high service standards, reliable and have experience working within facilities management. We're looking for a candidate with strong corporate experience.
This is a visible leadership role that requires the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a wide range of Soft/Security Services and other professionals within a corporate environment.
The successful candidate should hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) badge.
Main duties
- ·To ensure that the SIA doorperson[s] maintains a high standard and reviewed regularly to address any issues that may arise.
- ·To be able to manage a team of staff on site including Security & Soft Services personnel.
- To maintain a high level of skill by continual learning and professional development.
- Ensure new SIA candidates are aware of all Policies/ procedures/Guidelines and advising senior management about any potential security issues and provides input in the overall security planning for the business.
- ·To ensure that an effective level of support is provided at all times to management to deal with disputes and customer complaints.
