Position Description:
We’re looking for a Real Estate Transition Project Manager to provide project delivery support to the Estates Projects Lead on all Corporate Real Estate.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will be assigned by the Operations VP to provide administrative and operational onsite support of the project objectives as set by the Estates Projects Lead. You will complete activities such as; production of weekly reports, noting action points in progress meetings, raising purchase requisitions on the system, onsite contractor escorting, database administration and administrative management of the project team directory.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You will come from a change management background with a track record of managing suppliers and excellent administrative skills. You will also need to demonstrate experience in work services or facilities management, as well as demonstrable experience in construction or work service moves.
