About the Company:
Our client have approached us to support with them find a Part-Time engineer for one of their sites in South bank. This client were established in 1999 and have a large portfolio of clients. Our client have a great reputation for looking after their staff and pleasing their clients.
The Role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for either an electrical bias engineer or fabric engineer to work on a part time basis, 3 days per week. The site where the electrical engineer or fabric engineer will be working is based in Southwark and is a high end residential building. The electrical engineer or Fabric engineer will be expected to work full 8 hour days 3 days per week. There is another engineer who will come in on the other days and maintain the building. This role as a part time electrical or fabric engineer has become available due to the other engineer semi-retiring. It is a really nice building to work in and requires only just planned maintenance and obviously reactive works attended to when required.
Requirements for the electrical engineer/ fabric engineer:
- Must have worked in a commercial or high end residential building previously.
- Good communication skills.
- Electrical Qualifications/ Electrical commercial experience OR Carpentry& Joinery Qualifications/ Commercial experience.
- Able to work 3 days per week.
