Atalian Servest are looking for an Experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician in Dundee and Surrounding areas working on a prestigious public services contract.
This is a 6 year contract and offers a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the worlds leading FM companies.
up to 35k salary + van + travel time + overtime + fuel card
Experience and Qualifications
- Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce
Technically qualified
Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3
18 th Edition
IOSH Working Safely qualification
Min 3 yrs. experience working within Facilities Management.
Strong understanding of Building Services Infrastructure.
Strong background in Technical Facilities Management with an electrical bias.
Broad knowledge of computerized FM and maintenance management systems (BMS)
The ability to work within a customer focused environment where brand image is very important
Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure Atalian Servest / site safety procedures are always followed
Customer Liaison skills
COSHH Awareness
Full driving licence
