Junior FM Consultant
Up to £45k depending on experience
Work from home with travel into a local office.
UK wide travel to client sites.

Hexagon FM are delighted to be partnering with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to help them as they expand their team. They are looking for a Junior Consultant to join their Facilities Management Consultancy team working across sectors such as education, healthcare and defence, supporting their Senior Consultants and Partners.
Their consultancy work consists of:
- Strategic reviews
- Procurement exercises
- Cost modelling
- Benchmarking
- Technical audits
- Service solution design
You will work under the guidance of their senior consultants and will assist with analysis, data capture and investigation, report writing, liaising with contractors and clients, completing site visits and collating contractor and site information.
There is lots of report writing involved in this role. Therefore, you will need great report writing skills and need to genuinely enjoy this, be methodical and diligent in your approach with attention to detail.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into consultancy and would suit someone who has completed a property, real estate or facilities management degree or equivalent.
You will have a keen interest in the facilities management sector and be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
This role offers a salary between £35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits and the chance to work for a leading FM Consultancy and a great team.
