Atalian Servest are looking for a Mobie Mechanical Plumber to cover Glasgow and the surrounding area on a prestigious public sector contract.
This is a 6 year contract which offers fantastic stability and opportunity for growth within the company.
Role and responsibilities
Install/maintain and repair pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems
Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
Responsible for undertaking mechanical & heating PPM works within the region in an efficient and safe manner, with repairs undertaken as required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce
Technically qualified
NVQ or City & Guilds in the following: plumbing/mechanical services desired.
Served a recognised apprenticeship
Planning skills
Clean Full UK Driving Licence
Min 3 yrs. experience working within Facilities Management.
