Atalian Servest are looking for Maintenance Joiners to work on a high end public services contract in Scotland.
Brief description of the role and responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric (including doors, door frames, windows and locks)
To undertake general joinery duties, fabric repairs, minor plumbing and decorating tasks.
Identify additional works and compile estimates through the Supervisor/Regional Manager
Ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's. To maintain all buildings to a high standard through a proactive manor.
Experience and Qualifications
- C&G Award in Basic Construction Skills (carpentry options) / CSkills Level 2 Diploma in Site Carpentry / Carpentry & Joinery NVQ level 2 OR C&G Equivalent
- Technically qualified
IOSH Working Safely qualification.
Full UK Driving Licence
Min 3 yrs. experience working within Facilities Management.
Strong understanding of Building Services Infrastructure.
Strong background in Technical Facilities Management
The ability to work within a customer focused environment where brand image is very important
